Glad you’ve made your way to my blog.
I’m a sophomore at my states university (10 points if you can guess which one) in an apartment style dorm (which means I get my own kitchen, luckily). My major is Food Systems, with an emphasis on artisanal foods.
Baking is therapy. Whether punching pizza dough or whisking a meringue, it has carried the power to relax me and help me think through my day-to-day problems.
This blog will indulge the whims of my cravings; anything from peppermint bark to piggy chicken. Some of it will be healthy, all of it will be delicious.
